• Direct Travel Specialist
• Retail Travel Specialist
• DMC Travel Specialist

As a Luxury Travel Specialist, focusing on Southern Africa, you will be responsible for curating bespoke travel itineraries for clients. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive knowledge of Southern African destinations, utilizing TOURPLAN, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure clients travel dreams become a reality.Key Responsibilities: * Destination Expertise:

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Southern African travel destinations, including but not limited to South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, luxury accommodations, and unique experiences in the region.
• Client Consultation:

• Engage with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and travel goals.
• Design and present customized itineraries that reflect a deep understanding of the luxury travel market.
• Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to negotiate and secure exclusive offerings for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Specialist with a focus on luxury travel.
• Proficient in using TOURPLAN for itinerary creation and booking.
• Extensive knowledge of Southern African travel destinations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
