Job Description
Job Title: Treasury Manager - Retail Industry (Relocate to Durban)
Location: Durban, South AfricaKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relationship management.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of funds and managing financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Oversee the investment and debt management activities to support the companys financial objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and procurement teams, to support business initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights for informed decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A relevant professional qualification (CFA, CTP, or CA(SA)) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
