Treasury Risk Senior ManagerYour Role:

• Lead treasury risk and financial risk management projects, focusing on liquidity risk, funding risk, and cash management.
• Develop and refine treasury frameworks, governance models, and financial risk processes.
• Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance treasury systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals, presentations, and thought leadership.
• Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team to achieve project excellence.

What You Need:

• Financial Services experience across Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, or Treasury Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet management, liquidity risk, funds transfer pricing (FTP), and asset-liability management (ALM).
• Understanding of macro-economic trends, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in corporate treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and hedging strategies.
• Familiarity with treasury systems implementation and monitoring.
• Minimum 7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with a BCom Honours (Finance/Commerce), CA(SA), CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
