Job Purpose:

The Treasury Specialist position is part of the Corporate Treasury and Tax function in Group Finance. The Treasury Specialist will work with Head of Treasury and Tax and with Senior Manager Group Treasury to maintain cash flow, prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements. A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, prior cash flow / treasury management experience, strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate well with teams across the company and geographies

Main Duties and Responsibilities are:






Be first point of contact for regions with questions regarding cash forecast / IC payments planning Assist in managing Treasury Management System (TMS) data and users Support TMS implementation (new modules and/or entities) Prepare and own consolidated cash flow budget, forecast, reporting process Assist in the monthly reporting for cash flow and cash forecast Prepare monthly analysis of cash flow - performance vs. prior forecast, casuals, risks and opportunities to cash availability and financing requirements Basic analysis of Foreign Exchange results Prepare and update hedging performance / overview Assist in management of global insurance programs. Take lead in data gathering for policy renewals and assists in claims process Collaborate with cross-functional teams (across global, regional, and local subsidiaries), including finance, accounting, tax, and legal, to ensure effective treasury operations Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Treasury & Tax or other department leaders Substitution for these tasks: Update the cash flow forecast for Swiss legal entities Regularly update the consolidated cash flow forecast to ensure that proper liquidity is maintained Weekly cash reporting to management Adhere to ACINO internal policies and standard operating procedures designed to ensure patient safety, including mandatory attendance at pharmacovigilance training. Forward all of received Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Events and Medical Information Requests to the relevant person in Quality Assurance/ Pharmacovigilance/ Medical Affairs. All training to be completed as per training plan.

Qualifying Requirements are:






Ability to multi-task to meet tight timelines Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Excellent IT-skills and curiosity to further expand IT skillset (MS Excel, Power BI, SAP, FIS Integrity) Minimum of 3-year work experience in finance role Prior experience with Cash Flow Management Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, economics, or a related field * Fluent in English (company communication in English)
