• Serve as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming customers and handling vehicle bookings for repairs and services.
• Respond to inquiries about service outcomes and coordinate appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups.
• Assist with parts sourcing, pricing, and preparing quotes for customer approval.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding the progress of repairs.
• Build and nurture relationships with fleet customers to foster repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Manage customer records, ensuring accurate data entry into the dealership system.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Managing Director or Workshop Manager.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive, truck, or commercial dealership environment.
• Grade 12/Matric qualification.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ermelo.
• Contactable references are essential.
• Strong administrative skills with proven experience in a workshop management system.
• Familiarity with corporate dealerships and handling volume brands.
• A history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Skills and Attributes:

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and systems like Pastel, Kerridge, Pinnacle, or similar (advantageous).
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
