As Art Director, you'll be the right hand to our Creative Director, steering art direction while also shaping impactful copy and brand assets. You'll create a culture of mentorship and inspiration, pushing boundaries with campaigns, brand identities, experiential marketing, and more. - 5+ more years within an agency environment working on various brands and handling multiple projects
- Strategic vision and an insight-driven mindset
- An inspirational, hands-on mentorship style
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- A thorough understanding of platforms, production, and what it takes to execute top-tier work
