As Art Director, youll be the right hand to our Creative Director, steering art direction while also shaping impactful copy and brand assets. Youll create a culture of mentorship and inspiration, pushing boundaries with campaigns, brand identities, experiential marketing, and more. - Art Direction Excellence: Set a high bar for creative execution, bringing bold ideas to life across every visual aspect
- Mentorship & Culture: Be the inspirational force that nurtures talent, fosters growth, and drives a culture of creativity
- Client Brand Guardian: Become the clients go-to expert, presenting and selling big ideas with confidence and clarity
- Strategic & Innovative: Stay ahead of industry trends, building creative solutions that meet strategic needs and deliver quality every time
- Collaborative Creativity: Work seamlessly across departments, ensuring storytelling and creative quality shine from pitch deck to execution
- 5+ more years within an agency environment working on various brands and handling multiple projects
- Strategic vision and an insight-driven mindset
- An inspirational, hands-on mentorship style
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- A thorough understanding of platforms, production, and what it takes to execute top-tier work
