TVET Sales Consultant: KZN (Permanent position) Oxford University Press is recruiting for a dynamic and results-orientated Sales Consultant to join the TVET market team. To promote and sell OUP partner titles to TVET market, booksellers and other customers to meet sales budgets. The successful candidate will be required to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, booksellers, and other service providers, while embodying the organisations values and ethical principles. The TVET Sales Consultant will report to the TVET Sales Manager. This post is based in the Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu-Natal. Principal Accountabilities:
Achieve sales targets of exclusive an import titles and increase market share
Understanding Oxford University Press position in the market.
Develop and implement monthly and weekly sales plans for allocated territories.
Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant working experience in sales
Relevant National Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Education
Strong business and commercial acumen
Strong negotiation skills and problem solving
Able to maintain and foster business relationships
Experience in publishing environment including both print and digital
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills
Experience in data analytics and CRM
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle essential
