JOB DESCRIPTIONUC Provisioning CoordinatorThe Purpose of your roleResponsible for provisioning, management, and execution of UCaaS orders, ensuring these are commercially and technically acceptable as they are passed through from our Sales and AccountManagement teams through to Deployment and handover to Billing and Support.You will understand the vendors, their portals and the products being sold, therefore will have worked in a similar provisioning or project management role in an ISP or Telecoms environment.Key Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Liaising with third party partners and suppliers ensuring that all orders are validated and correct.xc2xb7 Placing orders via partner vendor portals and by email and monitoring through to completion.xc2xb7 Placing renewal and cessation orders with vendors where required.xc2xb7 Monitoring order workflow and escalating issues where required.xc2xb7 Management of number porting with various vendors.xc2xb7 Work closely with the deployment engineers ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction.xc2xb7 Adherence to customer Scopes of Work, SLAs and other performance regulating documentation relating to order management and provisioning.xc2xb7 Update internal systems, e.g., CRM (Salesforce) and providing reports to management as requested(Weekly WIP reporting).xc2xb7 Deliver effective and timely communication to customers and internal stakeholders ensuring awareness and satisfaction.xc2xb7 Assist management with administrative tasks and internal audits as required.What good looks like for this rolexc2xb7 Ability to operate with minimal guidance; must be able to exercise sound judgment and decision making in challenging situations. xc2xb7 Prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments; must be comfortable working in a fast- paced, dynamic environment. xc2xb7 Able to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers; impeccable communication skills and ability to understand customer needs is imperative. xc2xb7 Able to build collaborative relationships with colleagues and peers. xc2xb7 Willing to go the extra mile to deliver projects applicable to new logos and existing customers.Requirements for the roleEssential:xc2xb7 A good understanding of common telephony and circuit data products (IP Telephony, ISDN, SIP, Fibre circuits, ADSL)xc2xb7 Previous experience in telephony, number porting and/or contact centre solutions.xc2xb7 Experience in coordinating work which includes multiple elements to meet a pre-set deadline (order processing, provisioning or similar).xc2xb7 Experience in managing customer expectations and where necessary, deliver undesirable news in a positive and constructive manner.xc2xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.xc2xb7 Good Microsoft skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).xc2xb7 Own office equipment and home office setupDesirable:xc2xb7 Knowledge of Project Management techniques and toolsxc2xb7 Qualification in Project Management or equivalent, such as Prince2xc2xb7 Working knowledge of Salesforce and MS Teamsxc2xb7 Experience in number portingPersonal Skillsxc2xb7 Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.xc2xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.xc2xb7 Exceptional organizational skills, time management and planning skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.xc2xb7 Ability to work under pressure and respond to tight deadlines.xc2xb7 Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile.xc2xb7 Happy to embrace changes and new technology.xc2xb7 Proactive and self-motivated.What you also need to know
