Our client requires the services of a Technology Integrator (Expert) Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office Rotation

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 15+ years' experience in IT industry
  • 5+ years' experience in a Senior/Expert Architect environment
  • Experience with architecture methodologies, such as TOGAF, ITIL, Cobit
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Deep knowledge of endpoint management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), VMware Workspace ONE, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of endpoint security principles, including antivirus, anti-malware, firewalls, encryption, and security policies.
  • Proficiency with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile OSes (iOS, Android).
  • Understanding of endpoint security principles, including antivirus, anti-malware, firewalls, encryption, and security policies.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) as they pertain to endpoint connectivity and security.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture across OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration and elastic scalability.
  • Skills in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.) for automation of tasks and configuration management.
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

ROLE:
  • Leading and championing the detailed design of solution architectures for the Modern Workplace and supporting the digital transformation roadmap , with a strong focus on customer experience
  • Work with architects, engineers, and stakeholders of platform areas throughout project lifecycles, working closely with our product team to drive the planning, designing, building out and enabling of our solutions, and ultimately helping to transition the solution into a run state
  • Provide technical subject-matter expertise on one or more Unified Endpoint Management areas
  • Translate business requirements into a strategy for systems solutions, using a cloud first approach and treating security as a first class citizen
  • Be a communicator with a proven ability to drive for results
  • Use data and telemetry to make decisions and drive feedback into system design and implementation
  • Partner with other teams to improve products and processes to drive delightful.
  • Leverage advanced technical expertise, judgment and decision making to coordinate multiple work streams and resources to resolve complex issues
  • Be the face of the UEM Product this will include presentations and reporting to GROUP leadership
  • Set up durable partnerships with other products, engineering groups across GROUP to define and drive solutions to complex, cross company challenges
  • Foster a healthy and inclusive team environment and mentor early in career individual contributors
