Our Client in the UK is looking for UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional digital experiences for our customers. We are seeking a passionate and creative individual who can effectively communicate with our audience through compelling content.Responsibilities

• User-Centric Content Creation, Develop and implement content strategies that prioritize user needs and experiences.
• Ensure all content aligns with our user-centered design principles and guidelines.
• Advocate for a user-centric approach within the team and organization.
• Journey Mapping and Optimization, Map customer purchase journeys to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Content Development and Curation, Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, Curate and manage content assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration, Work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Contribute to agile development processes and participate in user research activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create accurate, informative content.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Ensure that all content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to content creation and compliance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of privacy regulations and data protection laws.
• Design Team Leadership, Represent the content design team in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.
• Advocate for a user-centered approach within the organization.

Qualification

• 5 years' experience in the Digital, Designer, content space
• Proven track record user centred content strategy and creation.
• Expert understanding of user journey mapping and identifying risks. Preferably within an ecommerce/transactional/purchasing context.
• Experience working with AGILE multi-disciplined teams - User Researchers, Product Owners, Designers, etc.
• Comprehensive commercial portfolio of elegant content creation/copywriting.
• Strong understanding of content publishing on various CMS platforms (and the constraints that come with each) - particularly AEM.
