UI Design Lead
to join our team.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a
UI Design Lead
with a strong design background, proven UI design experience, and a working knowledge of data analysis. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of user interfaces that enhance our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing customer experience. In your role, you will collaborate closely with product developers, marketing and our technical development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with NetFlorist's brand guidelines.
Manage design experimentation processes, including A/B testing and data analysis, to inform design improvements and optimize user experiences.
Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Maintain and evolve the design system to support scalable and consistent design practices.
Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data and measure the impact of design decisions.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI design.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
Design Expertise:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Data Analysis Skills:
Working knowledge of Excel for analyzing data related to design experiments and making data-informed design decisions.
Collaboration:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
Problem-Solving:
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Experience with usability testing and user research.
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
