Inherent Job Requirements:

Nursing Diploma with Midwifery or BCur Degree
Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
A Post-Basic Qualification in Critical Care Nursing is essential.
A Management Qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a High Care/ICU environment.
Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
Computer proficiency.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and manage financial data effectively.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including medical professionals and administrative teams.
