Job SummaryHire Resolve's Client is excited to announce a vacancy for a Unit Manager in Kimberly. This dynamic role involves managing the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of a healthcare unit, while also leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care.Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare unit, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of nursing and support staff to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor and improve the quality of patient care through effective leadership and management practices.
• Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure efficient unit operations.
• Engage with patients and their families to address concerns and improve patient satisfaction.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care and efficient service delivery.
• Implement best practices and initiatives for process improvement within the unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or relevant field, with valid registration with the South African Nursing Council.
• A minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams.
• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and enhance patient care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in nursing practices.
