Job Description
Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Registered Nurse with SANC, and registered as a Midwife Diploma specialty advantageous 5+ years experience as a Unit Manager in private healthcare Computer literacy The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Lead / manage the team and ensure participation Provide direction Recruit, retain, motivate and develop staff Identify risks and implement corrective action Maintain quality patient care Effective relationship management with doctors Effective quality systems management Preparing and monitoring annual budgets Management of revenue, overheads and working capital Ensure optimum business management Salary: Market relatedSheldon Recruitment and SelectionRecruiter
