Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse with SANC, and registered as a Midwife
- Diploma specialty advantageous
- 5+ years experience as a Unit Manager in private healthcare
- Computer literacy
- Lead / manage the team and ensure participation
- Provide direction
- Recruit, retain, motivate and develop staff
- Identify risks and implement corrective action
- Maintain quality patient care
- Effective relationship management with doctors
- Effective quality systems management
- Preparing and monitoring annual budgets
- Management of revenue, overheads and working capital
- Ensure optimum business management
