Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
Post basic Nursing Management diploma would be advantage.
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in a Medical ward.
Proven leadership/management and people management experience.
Basic understanding of labor legislation, financial principles, and chain management.
Knowledge of the private healthcare industry and its challenges would be advantage.
Proficient in computer applications.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel.
