Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Occupational Health Clinic.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
Manage and support clinic staff.
Coordination of emergency procedures.
Managing the health status of employees through on-going surveillance programmes.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
Liaise with stakeholders to maintain high standards of patient care.
Analysing monthly reports

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health and registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
Certificates: Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision, Dispensing and BLS
Knowledge of HIV/AIDS management
Experience in treatment of Injury on Duty
Computer literacy
Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Able to work rotational standby and call outs.
