Job Description
Job Title: Unit Manager - Medical WardOur client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Unit Manager for a Medical Ward. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical practices and resources within the unit to meet the objectives of quality care, growth, and team development.Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Current registration with SANC
- Relevant nursing experience
- Proven leadership and people management skills (advantageous)
- Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial, and chain management principles
- Knowledge of the private healthcare industry
- Computer proficiency
- Drivers license and ability to travel
- Nursing Management qualification (advantageous)
