Job Description
You will oversee the coordination of nursing services within a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team and responsible for capacity building, mentoring, and staff training to promote ongoing professional development.
Inherent Requirements:
- A relevant nursing qualification (Diploma in General Nursing OR B Cur Degree).
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
- Essential: Diploma in Operating Room Science qualification.
- Management qualification is required.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in an Operating Theatre.
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a multi-disciplinary theatre environment.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and manage financial data.
