Job Description
As the Unit Manager of the Trauma Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.Requirements
- Nursing Diploma and a Post Basic Trauma and Emergency Diploma.
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced computer literacy
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
