SUMMARY:
We're looking for a passionate Unity Developer to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for creating immersive experiences, enjoy working with a collaborative team, and are excited about shaping the future of interactive technology, this role is for you! Your primary task will be to build unity training scenes from scripts and media provided to you. There are already systems in place to develop these scenes however each scene is unique which will require specific setup using our internal systems. These training scenes will be included into various hardware simulators.Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience working with Unity.
• Proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Strong understanding of 3D development, physics, and animation in Unity.
• Experience with Unity's UI system.
• Experience working with Javascript Object Notation [JSON]
• Experience with version control. [GIT]
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VR/AR development. [Oculus]
• Familiarity with multiplayer game architecture and networking in Unity. [Photon]
• Knowledge of shader development and performance optimization. [BONUS]

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, interactive Unity-based training scenarios.
• Work with cross-functional teams including designers, animators, and project managers to deliver projects on time.
• Collaborate on the design and development of training systems, mechanics, and features.
• Implement UI/UX elements and ensure seamless integration of visual and audio assets.
• Debug and resolve technical issues throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Unity tools and techniques.
