9 AM - 6 PM PST (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance providers Verify patient insurance coverage and follow up on unpaid claims to ensure timely reimbursement Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and claim rejections Maintain accurate patient billing records and update payment information in the system Ensure compliance with HIPAA, medical billing regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years of U.S. medical billing experience (experience in mental health and Medicaid billing is a plus)
? Tech-savvy with experience using billing software, EHR systems, and online claim submission portals
? Stable internet connection (at least 40 MBPS) for seamless remote work
? Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM PST with a 1-hour lunch break
