Join this Western Atlantic Seaboard dealership, part of a large, globally recognized group, and be a key player in the Used Car Sales team. You'll be working under the mentorship of a hands-on Dealer Principal, focusing on understanding customer needs, offering personalized solutions, and delivering a seamless car-buying experience. Your role will be focused on engaging with a diverse range of customers, on various platforms, helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget, providing a service that ensures customers leave happy and keeps them coming back and collaborating closely with management to meet and exceed sales targets, thus you will need a minimum of 2 years of used car sales experience within a franchised motor dealership, a stable sales track record and the willingness to follow structured guidance from management while contributing your own insights.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
A minimum of 2 years of RECENT Used Sales experience in a franchised Volume Brand Motor Dealership
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Ability to leverage social media platforms for sales and marketing purposes.
Ability to generate own leads
Experience in vehicle valuations (advantageous)
A clear understanding of the vehicle sales process
A proven track record (Commission Sheets may be requested)
A stable work history
