This is a busy dealership that requires an experienced individual who has the capability to manage a sales team and ensure maximum profitability and efficiency. You will need to have at least 3 years of Used Car Sales Management experience with a proven track record of department sales exceeding 30-40 units per month. You will also need to be extremely knowledgeable of current market trends and pricing and be ahead of the curve when changes occur. Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of RECENT Used Car Sales Management experience in a franchised dealership
Outstanding industry knowledge
Excellent leadership skills
Experience in vehicle valuations
A clear understanding of the vehicle sales process
A proven track record
A stable work history
