A well known Dealership in Komani (Queenstown) Eastern Cape is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager.Duties:

Supervising and motivating salespeople.
Promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles.
Ensure that the department reaches targets on a monthly basis.
Purchasing of vehicles as stock for the department.
Handling customer related and staff related issues.
Managing all budgets for the department, and promotions that empower the team to sell cars.
Evaluations of trade-in vehicles.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 to 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as Vehicle sales manager
Considerable experience with New and Used Vehicle sales.
Experience working in a corporate branded dealership with brands like VW, Ford, Toyota, Mazda etc
Track record of reaching targets and ensuring profits for the department.
Good communication and relationship building skills.
Valid SA driver's license, Clear criminal record.
Grade 12 or tertiary education.
