• Download, process, and analyze utility bills from external systems.
• Input and verify charges in Rent Manager (experience with this software is a plus).
• Categorize and reconcile sewer, gas, propane, and other utility charges across multiple properties.
• Ensure accurate monthly billing cycles and totals, preventing revenue loss.

Problem-Solving & Process Optimization

• Detect billing discrepancies and inconsistencies, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for billing and utility-related challenges.
• Identify patterns in utility bills, becoming the go-to expert in billing accuracy.

Clear Communication & Responsiveness

• Maintain strong, professional communication with internal teams and external vendors.
• Be highly responsive, jumping on calls when needed to clarify discrepancies and resolve issues quickly.

Data & System Proficiency

• Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) to analyze large data sets.
• Work across multiple systems and spreadsheets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Stay organized and detail-focused, managing high-volume, repetitive yet crucial tasks.
