As a UX/UI/Product designer, you'll collaborate with a dynamic group of visionaries, technologists, and strategists to bring bold ideas to life.Our programme is designed to give passionate, analytical, and enthusiastic graduates the opportunity to enhance their abilities through various forms of consultant training and garner valuable experience by exposing them to the workplace, through internal and external project engagements.UX DesignerUser Experience designer enhances user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall interaction between the user and the product. They possess a deep understanding of user behaviour, needs, and motivations, employing user research, prototyping, and usability testing to create intuitive and effective designs.UI DesignerUser Interface focuses on the look and feel of a product by designing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. They are responsible for creating the visual elements, such as buttons, icons, and layouts, that users interact with. A UI designer ensures that the interface is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, working closely with UX designers to create cohesive and user-friendly experiences.Product DesignerOften a hybrid role that encompasses aspects of both UX and UI design, with a strong focus on the overall product strategy and user experience. They work on creating products that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, considering user needs, business goals, and market trends.UX ResearcherA UX researcher conducts user research to understand needs, behaviours, and preferences, informing product design decisions.Qualifications:

• Completed Matric
• Completed or final year in Information or Interaction Design, Psychology, Research, Visual Arts, Multi-Media Degree/Diploma, Marketing
• A desire to understand and explore the customer relationship and experience, design, useability and functionality
• UX/UI design diploma/certification would be advantageous
• The ability to travel between locally between IQbusiness and our clients, if required
