We're a team of passionate and driven individuals living and working remotely across seven countries and five continents: USA, UK, India, Ireland, Israel, South Africa, and Colombia. As a UX/UI Product designer, you will work remotely from home (in SA) with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographies.

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and highly motivated UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and design a product that's simple and intuitive to use.

You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations - from early prototypes to final implementation.

Applying for this position, youll work remotely from your home in South Africa and report directly to our Head of Product Design.

In this role, you will:

• Work with the Product and Marketing teams to understand customer needs.

• Work with the Product team to understand specific user problems and success criteria.

• Work with the Product team to plan, design and test solutions to specific problems.

• Research best practice approaches for user experience/interface design.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs as required.

• Work with the other designers to ensure that designs and concepts are consistent.

• Work with the Product QA team to ensure that designs are properly implemented.

• Work with the Product Marketing team on user feedback and usability testing.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Provide a link in your CV to your design portfolio

• At least 3 - 5 years experience as a Product Designer in product-led B2B or B2C companies.

• Ability to simplify complex user problems into easy and understandable solutions, and then communicate those solutions to both leaders and peers

• Ability to learn fast, strategic thinking and have a deep understanding of the products lifecycle, with a technical approach.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• Driven by creativity and inspiration.

• Highly motivated

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, but also function as a team player

• Proficient in Sketch and Photoshop.

• High level of written and spoken English

• Full-time position.

This is a remote role so you will work from home, which saves you commuting time and allows flexibility. Hours are 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday with occasional evening/weekend work.
