Who are we: A global online marketing agency based in Australia, specialising in the industry.Who are we looking for: UX/UI Web , Copywriter, & CRO SpecialistWhat will you do:

• Build wireframes for websites and landing pages based on client input and competitor research.
• Craft visually compelling designs based on those wireframes or on provided wireframes from management.
• Contribute across multiple stages of the web design process, ensuring seamless user interfaces, excellent copywriting, and effective conversion strategies.
• Competitor research and understanding client's business
• Copywriting
• Wireframing
• Graphic Design
• User Experience and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices in UX, UI and web Design.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and timelines
• Engage with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs and to facilitate a smooth handoff between design and development stages

What do you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting skills
• Strong experience with design software used for wireframing and web design (Figma, Photoshop, Moqups, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UI and UX and graphic design principles, A/B testing, and data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards project completion
