So read on if you feel you are the right person!About you:Im looking for a Virtual Assistant with a good background in HR and education in the field, to help me in the day-to-day HR Operations. A lot of the things will be in the back office, using Google Drive documents, Typeform, Slack, and Asana, compiling and reviewing applications, and coordinating with applicants, up to the interview stage. If interviewing is something that you can also do, that is even better.This is a part-time position, 15 - 20 hours per week, so it would be great if you have other personal commitments, but at the same time, you are willing to take your career further, learn new tech, and be exposed to different businesses worldwide.It could be that at peak times you can work more than 20 hours per week if you are available, and eventually, if everything goes well and we find our rhythm, this opportunity could become full-time, long-term.The schedule is going to be flexible, based on your availability, during business hours.Goals for the role:
