If so, this opportunity is for you.Our client, a leading Consumer Health & Pharmaceutical company based in Cape Town, is looking for a Validation Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring that all processes, equipment, and systems meet industry and regulatory standards, supporting the safe and efficient manufacture of pharmaceutical products.Validation & Quality Assurance:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Validation Systems, including Validation Master Plans, to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Draft, review, and execute validation protocols and reports for equipment, utilities, packaging, and computer systems.
• Ensure all validation activities adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and process reviews to enhance validation effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure validation processes run smoothly.
• Investigate deviations and inconsistencies in validation results and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization.

The successful candidate will have:

• A BTech/BSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• 3 5 years experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical production, or validation environment.
• Solid knowledge of validation principles, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with GMP, QC/QA procedures, and validation documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A structured and deadline-driven approach, ensuring compliance with project timelines.
