Job Description
Are you passionate about financial analysis and valuations? We are looking for a Valuations Analyst to join our team, where you will play a key role in assessing investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform business and asset valuations across various industries.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess company performance and deal structures.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking.
- Assist in the preparation of valuation reports, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior management and clients to provide strategic insights.
- CA(SA), CFA, or relevant finance qualification preferred.
- Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
