Develop and execute work schedules for identifying and marketing to prospective customers.
Daily monitoring, collating, and analyzing corporate collections reports.
Manage and engage with distributors and sub-distributors.
Conduct joint calls with the relationship team to corporate clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance collection volumes.
Implement innovative solutions to improve collection processes.
Assist in preparing management information reports.
Develop product papers for corporates and their distributors (Distributor Credit Programs).
Sign on new distributors and sub-distributors.
Follow up on facility booking processes.
Maintain positive public relations with current and prospective customers.
Plan and report on marketing calls for the assigned portfolio.
Structure trade and working capital facilities to meet customer needs.
Monitor customer compliance with agreed terms and support credit committee proposals.
Negotiate fees and interest rates within bank limits to maximize profitability.
Track sales performance against set targets and contribute to the units annual budget.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager and Head of GTS.
Qualifications:
A good first degree in any discipline.
Professional certification in Cash Management and/or Trade Finance is an advantage.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution.
