Weelee is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Manager to oversee and expand our wholesale vehicle sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with buyers, managing inventory, overseeing logistics, handling key accounts, and driving sales performance to maximize profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in wholesale vehicle sales, dealership operations, and market analysis.
Job Summary:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
Negotiate pricing that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Work closely with the product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Ensure customers satisfaction
Manage debtors cash collection/age analysis
Qualifications & Experience:
5 years sales Management, ideally experience in dealership
Tertiary qualification - Advantageous
Microsoft (all suites) - Advanced
Strategic thinking and problem solving.
Strong business acumen, market and automotive industry knowledge
Experience in sales management, forecasting and reporting
Communication and interpersonal skills
Mathematics proficiency
Attention to detail
