• HR Management: Oversee basic HR functions, including staff rostering, addressing HR-related issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Inventory Management: Manage ordering and receiving stock, ensure correct invoicing, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Financial Control: Handle debtors and creditors control, ensuring efficient financial operations.
• Client Relations: Assist in the reception area, build strong relationships with clients, and promptly address any queries or concerns.
• Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and support the veterinary team to achieve excellence in all areas of the practice.

• A background in veterinary practice is highly desirable.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
