- Hours: Afternoons only, from 1 PM to 7 PM
- Weekends: No weekend work is required
- Experience: Previous practice experience is essential
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Greet and assist clients with a welcoming smile
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle payments and financial transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
- Keep the reception area clean and organised
- Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist is essential
- A passion for animals and their well-being
