Job Title : Video Shopping Influencer (English speakers)

Job spec

Selling products for exciting brands from our portfolio of clients through Confer With Live video shopping platform Achieving and exceeding sales targets, such as sales volume, call conversion, call duration Pro-actively upsell and cross-sell products to customers to increase the order value Support the team with website audits, training and coaching, troubleshooting requests
Presentation requirements:

Setting up and maintaining video presentation workspace - camera, lighting, sound, layout of products Presenting to camera confidently and being engaging throughout A friendly, positive personality and can-do attitude Well spoken and excellent communication skills

Experience and skills needed :

Previous sales experience working within a target driven environment Excellent communication and people skills Resilient and tenacious Ability to use multiple systems Able to learn new skills Product Training and coaching will be provided

Qualifications

Senior Certificate Up to 1 or 2 years retail sales experience beneficial

Salary

From R7,500 plus performance bonus and commission

Working hours

: day/ night shift rotation
