Candidate Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Hospitality or a Butler certification is required.
- Must have experience working in luxury properties or villas.
- Must be detail orientated
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage is essential
- Must be able to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Overseeing the daily operations of the lodge
- Managing a team of staff members
- Maintaining excellent service
- Hosting and interacting with the guests
