Customer Service & Marketing AssistantOverview:We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service & Marketing Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both customer satisfaction and marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Process orders and handle returns and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Marketing:
  • Assist with social media management, content creation, and advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Provide creative input for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in marketing or social media management (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer systems and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements:
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
