Virtual HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our world-class team.

Proven experience in

recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding

high-quality candidates.

Strategic Recruitment Skills:

Ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet staffing needs.

Solution-Driven:

Ability to identify challenges and implement effective HR and recruitment solutions.

Employer Branding:

Experience in crafting compelling job postings and leveraging recruitment marketing techniques.

HR Compliance & Best Practices:

Strong understanding of

federal, state, and local employment laws

as they relate to recruitment and hiring.

Collaborative Approach:

Work with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement tailored hiring solutions.

Sense of Urgency & Initiative:

Efficiently handle multiple open roles, ensuring quick and effective placements.

Exceptional Communication Skills:

Ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders effectively.

Tech-Savvy:

Experience with

Google Sheets, Excel, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS tools

.

Payroll Knowledge:

Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance, with experience using

ADP payroll systems

preferred. Ability to develop and implement programs to retain great talent within the organization
