We are seeking a

dynamic professional

who can take on a

dual role

as a

Virtual Trainer & Business Development Representative (BDR)

. This role combines

delivering live online training sessions

for CPR and healthcare courses with

building business relationships and driving sales

for our training programs. The ideal candidate is an

engaging trainer

with a passion for education and a

proactive salesperson

who excels in communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities: Virtual Trainer Responsibilities:



? Conduct

live virtual training sessions

on CPR, First Aid, and other healthcare topics.
? Deliver engaging, interactive training using

video conferencing tools

(Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
? Adapt training to meet various learner needs (individuals, groups, professionals).
? Stay updated on

industry best practices and certification requirements

.
? Assess participants' understanding through

Q&A, quizzes, and discussions

.
? Assist in updating and developing

training materials

as needed.

Business Development Representative (BDR) Responsibilities:



? Identify and reach out to potential

corporate clients, healthcare providers, and educational institutions

to promote AHCA training programs.
? Generate leads, schedule demos, and follow up on

sales opportunities

.
? Build and maintain

strong client relationships

through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
? Collaborate with the

sales and marketing team

to develop outreach strategies.
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
? Meet or exceed

monthly sales targets

by closing deals and expanding partnerships.

Requirements:



?

CPR, First Aid, or healthcare training certification

(Instructor-level preferred).
? Prior

experience in virtual training or education delivery

.
? Strong

sales, customer service, or business development

background.
? Excellent

English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

.
? Ability to use

online training tools, video conferencing platforms, and CRM software

.
? A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with

strong negotiation skills

.
? Reliable internet connection and

a professional remote setup

(camera, microphone, quiet environment).

Preferred Qualifications:



? Experience in

e-learning, instructional design, or corporate training

.
? Background in

healthcare, B2B sales, or educational partnerships

.
? Prior experience with

Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools

.
