Job Description
Were seeking a seasoned IT professional with a proven track record in architecting and managing complex VMware environments. Your deep technical expertise, coupled with a VCAP certification, is essential to drive our digital transformation and optimize our IT infrastructure. 6 month contractKey Responsibilities
- Design and implement VMWARE infrastructure for clients
- Monitor and maintain VMWARE environment to ensure optimal performance and
- availability Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VMWARE infrastructure
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical
- recommendations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of VMWARE
- infrastructure with other systems
- Stay updated with the latest VMWARE technologies and make recommendations for
- improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation related to VMWARE infrastructure and processes
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7 years of experience as a VMWARE Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of VMWARE virtualization technologies and products
- A VCAP certification.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing large and complex VMware
- Experience with VMWARE vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi - Knowledge of server hardware
