Repairs consultant for a Vodacom store required. We are looking for outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic people to fill positions.

- Assisting customers with book in of the devices for repairs
- Customer repair queries
- Accessories Sales
- Handset Setup
- Technical Support
- Data Transfers
- Trouble Shooting
- Software Upgrade
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Requirements :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Computer literacy
- 1+ years in the Cellular industry
- confident and charismatic approach to people
