We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our fast-growing team and become an essential part of delivering exceptional support to our clients!Role Overview:As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the go-to contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Your role will be vital in enhancing the customer experience and fostering strong relationships.Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and offer personalized assistance.
  • Gather feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. (a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred).
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Technical Requirements:
  • Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
  • Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment.
