Preparing for the semi-annual planning discussions with by evaluating production development, production premises, restrictions, start-up and run-off curves, storage situation, storage factors.
Processing the results of the planning discussions (overall market, deliveries to customers, warehouse, personalization, launch planning, production applications, EWC planning)
Co-ordinating the weekly/monthly production planning with VI-1 and the importer as well as ensuring that the weekly program is filled.
Enforcing and pursuing the negotiated objectives, monitoring, and controlling the EWC planning as well as proposing and, if necessary, enforcing countermeasures in the event of deviations from the EWC planning
Monitoring and coordinating incoming orders and order inventory, considering the importer's production wishes and the group's production capabilities.
System-side ensuring that vehicles can be built in accordance with the country sales program.
Tracking vehicles in the production, logistics and transport process
Knowledge and application of the ATLAS, IFA, HIFA, TAF, PISA, PIANO, FPL, IMF, EPL
Tracking vehicles in the production, logistics and transport process
Participation in the planning of functional and market launch vehicles as well as tracking of the production scheduling
Monitoring and tracking of factory destocking
Job requirements:
Have a minimum of 3 years motor industry experience, ideally within the following fields: Volume Planning, Dealer Sales, Product Marketing or Finance
Post graduate qualification advantageousxc2xb7
Analytical skills: ability to analyze sales data, market trends to develop an accurate sales forecast and identify patterns and trends.
Data Management: Competency in data management tools (eg, Excel and Power BI) to organize, manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.
Attention to Detail: keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting, minimizing errors and discrepancies in volume planning processes.

A formal 3-year National diploma or bachelors degree from a recognized institution in Commerce/ Business Science/ Logistics
