Purpose of Role:We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Value Realisation Office (VRO). The successful candidate will prepare financial analysis and modelling to quantify and track financial and non-financial benefits for business initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of the organization through the creation, tracking and reporting of value realisation business cases that are aligned to delivering the businesses strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth financial analysis to quantify the value of business initiatives and provide financial modelling support for key decision-making. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for value realisation. Prepare regular reports to track financial performance against targets to support decision-making. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, summarizing value realisation progress and identifying potential risks and opportunities. Contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning related to value realisation projects. Prepare value case projects reports for sharing with Group Finance so they can ensure that approved value cases are correctly reflected within the strategic plans and budgets/forecasts of the businesses. Stay up to date with best practices in financial analysis and modelling, and performance tracking to continuously improve processes and skills. Support the identification and assessment of financial risks related to value realisation initiatives, helping to develop mitigation strategies with the relevant teams. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to stakeholders. High level of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment, building relationships with colleagues across various departments. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify issues, analyse data, and provide solutions that drive improvements in value realisation efforts. Experience with financial reporting software, business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or ERP systems is a plus.
