- Grade 12
- Preferably 1 -year previous waiter/waitress experience
- Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system
- Basic math skills
- Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and active listener
- Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
- Must be well-presented
- Enthusiastic, flexible and accountable
- Own transport/Reliable transport
