Job Description

Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently looking for Waiters/Waitresses, in Mhluzi, Middelburg.Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and seat them.
• Present menus and explain specials.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks.
• Deliver checks and collect payments.
• Keep tables clean and tidy.
• Make menu recommendations.
• Answer questions and share additional information with customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff.
• Adhere to health department rules and customer service guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Food and beverage service training (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Remuneration:

• Up to R4800 per month.
