Job Summary Warehouse and Distribution Operations Manager (JB4986) R30 - 45 000 per month CTC Annual performance-based bonuses & quarterly incentives Johannesburg South, Gauteng As a leading supplier of food, cleaning and packing solutions for the hospitality industry, this company is looking for an accomplished candidate to join their organisation to manage its warehouse and distribution needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily coordination of all food manufacturing, production, planning, quality control, maintenance and logistics. Duties: Management of between 60 - 80 staff members including drivers, administrators, production, telesales and general workers Stock Management Ensure that health and safety compliance Maintain company standards, procedures and processes, ensuring high-quality food manufacturing. Planning of production schedule ensuring daily targets are achieved. Liaise with sales staff to develop and implement strategies to drive sales for new or seasonal products. Ensure food production equipment is operational and in good working order. Plan, load and manage all orders for distribution. Prepare and submit food production and logistic reports for management. Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and processed food products. Ensure products and raw materials are stored in optimum conditions.
